My name is Joaquim Homrighausen. I was born in Stockholm, Sweden. After a "tour of the world", I moved back to Sweden in 1996.
I've been writing code and solving problems for the better part of my life. This site is not intended to be a complete CV, or portfolio, of my experience and/or creations. But hopefully, it'll highlight some of the things I've done and produced.
I look upon software development the same way I look at carpentry or cooking. You have an idea and/or problem to solve, you have a given set of tools or ingredients to do it with, and your task is to merge those to into a solution, piece of furniture, or tasty dish 🙂
Apart from software development, or software engineering, I spend a lot of time working with privacy related issues, such as GDPR.

I speak English, Swedish, and some German.
